from injuries received when she was hit by a muni bus in daly city. that happened happened about 4:30 yesterday afternoon. it involved the 1846 avenue bus. woman hit by the bus while in the crosswalk. they said the woman's injuries are very serious. they have signed a "do not resuscitate" form. muni driver will undergo standard drug and alcohol testing. >> in oakland police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened near a bart station. sky 7hd was overhead as police responded to reports of gunfire near 8th street yesterday evening. it's close to the bart station. officers found a man with a gunshot wound to the head. homicide investigators blocked off access to the intersection right after the shooting. bart service was not affected. >>> and in san francisco a vigil was helifor a man shot and killed last week in the city's western addition neighborhood. 23-year-old ernesto died a week ago today. family and friends came together for a ceremony with aztec dancers in nearly alamo square. then they returned to the the scene of the shooting at hayes street for a memorial service.
